If, for any reason, you decide not to keep the jewelry you purchased at R.F. Moeller Jeweler, you may return it to the location from which it was purchased within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase and receive a full refund or store credit.

In the case of a refund, if the purchase was made by credit card, your account will be credited at the time of the return. If the purchase was made by cash or check, we will mail a check to you for the full amount of the purchase price within thirty (30) days.

Any items to be returned must be new and unworn, with the exception of any items purchased from our antique and estate jewelry collection, which must be in the same condition as they were when they were purchased.

Any items purchased with special packaging or documents (e.g. watch boxes, warranty, DQD, GIA certificate, etc.) must have the special packaging and/or documents upon its return. Any item to be returned without the packaging and/or documents may be ineligible for return or exchange, or you may be charged a fee to replace the missing or damaged packaging and/or special documents.

TRADE-IN / TRADE-UP POLICY

R.F. Moeller Jeweler buys and sells antique and estate jewelry daily. If you wish to sell or trade-in any piece of jewelry, you may take the jewelry to any one of our stores to receive a quote. If you wish to trade-in or trade-up a diamond that you purchased from R.F. Moeller Jeweler, upon confirmation that the diamond is not damaged, you will receive 100% of the purchase price of the diamond in trade value or store credit.
