The first is I believe the quality of their inventory is unparalleled. The second is illustrated in my latest experience with the company. Nancy Moeller spent the better part of her afternoon assisting me in purchasing a special item for my wife. She went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me secure the perfect Mother's Day gift. Throughout the course of our conversation I revealed that I am currently injured and unable to drive or get to the store to pick my purchase up. We just want to write and compliment you on the EXCELLENT customer service my husband and I received at your St. Paul store with Chad Cramer. We actually met you while in the store last weekend, but never got a chance to share with you how impressed we were with your store and with Chad. I had lost a diamond from my ring this past month and called to inquire about what you would cover, seeing that we had the setting checked in July. To my surprise, but delight, Chad told me you would replace it free of charge... AMAZING! We actually were starting a claim on our insurance, but were running the risk of being dropped, as we had 3 major claims in the past 2 years (actually this summer our house was hit by a tornado!). We made an appointment with Chad to go over our options and once we came in, decided our best route was to pick a new ring entirely, as the original setting was only a 3 prongs and could be a problem with durability in the future. Chad was absolutely wonderful to work with. Although I am sure he had managerial duties to to do, he spent 3 hours with us to help us find the perfect new ring. He gave us a trade in value for the ring that we were happy about, as well as a discount on the new center diamond. I cannot express to you enough how pleased we were leaving your store. Chad has made us customers for life, and we want to thank you for your excellent customer service! We have already referred someone to you, and will continue to do so in the future. I recently purchased an engagement ring at your jewelry store in Highland and I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the experience. The two members of your staff I worked with most, Matt Mulcahy and Wendy Anderson, were both very helpful and informative. I had to drive 250 miles each way from my home in Sioux Falls, but the experience I had was worth it.
I was led to your business by the advertising on Mischke’s webcast. He is one of the most interesting people on the air and I know you are a big part of his current endeavor with City Pages. My wife and I recently made a significant purchase in your St. Paul store and I just wanted to thank you and your staff for making the experience truly enjoyable.
Several months ago, we began to research three stone diamond rings. We wanted something special to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary and my wife had her heart set on having a center stone of at least 2 carats. We visited every mall jewelry store in the Twin Cities area and several stand alone establishments. We researched diamonds and rings on the internet and even made inquires of jewelers in New York and Chicago.
Sure, we've heard your ads on AM1280 and AM1500 radio for years. But, we had never taken the time to visit one of your stores. Since we hear your ads several times a day, I guess you could say we overlooked the obvious.
A couple months ago, I called and briefly spoke with Bill Andler. He invited us in for a formal introduction to diamonds and R.F. Moeller Jeweler. At that first meeting, we didn't tell Bill that we had already done extensive research and knew more about diamonds than most of the jewelry sales personnel in those mall stores I mentioned above. Bill was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient. Although he did not sell us a ring or diamonds during that first visit, he earned our respect and trust, something no other jeweler had accomplished.
This past Saturday, we came in to pick up my wife's new ring. Before going in, my wife decided to hold her emotions in check so she wouldn't be too disappointed if she didn't like the way the modified setting and diamonds turned out. Needless to say, the ring was gorgeous. I think she was in shock, because it wasn't until several minutes after we left the store that the tears of joy started to flow.
Bill helped us pick out a blazing l.05ct center stone with two matching side stones, slightly over .75ct each. They are set into a stunning platinum ring that reflects both traditional and contemporary styling. The combination is absolutely beautiful!
